My Master’s degree is in Kinesiology/Sport Psychology from the University of North Dakota in 2006 and my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from D’Youville College in 2014. I have also worked as a personal trainer for several years, working with a variety of clients and athletes and believe that improving strength and stability in the muscles that act on the spine can be a key component for better spine health. When I am not working with my patients, I am spending time with my wife and three children. I believe in a healthy work and life balance. I enjoy strength training and have competed as a power lifter and in strongman competitions. It is with my background, experience, and training that I hope to help you reach your health and wellness goals.

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in biology in 2009 from SUNY Fredonia. I received my Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2013 from D’Youville College and graduated with honors. I have a passion for treating expectant mothers and pediatric patients. With more than 5 years of diverse experiences, especially in chiropractic, I believe my patients are receiving the best quality of care. I live in Hamburg, NY, and spend my time out of the office with my son, husband, and family dog. I am certified in Graston® Technique, an innovative form of instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization that is used to break down scar tissue or fascial and muscle restrictions. To better understand my patients, I became a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and am certified in the Webster Technique, which has exceptional benefits for pregnant women. I believe chiropractic care is important for my family as well. I adjust my own son. I strongly believe that chiropractic treatment of children, in addition to helping to reduce pain, can help promote wellness, reduce illness, and encourage optimal health; putting a child on the right path for health and wellness into adulthood.
